राजसूयविचारः — Deliberation on the Rajasuya and the Summoning of Kṛṣṇa
एवं भवतु वक्ष्येडहं तव पुत्र नराधिपम् । भूलोकं यदि गच्छेयमिति पाण्डुमथाब्रुवम्,तब मैंने पाण्डुसे कहा--'एवमस्तु, यदि मैं भूलोकमें जाऊँगा तो आपके पुत्र राजा युधिष्ठिरसे कह दूँगा”
evaṁ bhavatu vakṣye ’haṁ tava putraṁ narādhipam | bhūlokaṁ yadi gaccheyam iti pāṇḍum athābruvam ||
那罗陀说道:“就如此吧。若我前往人间,我必将此事告知你的儿子——那位国王。”我便这样对般度说道:我已允诺,并将依真实与法度,把话传达给坚战(Yudhiṣṭhira)。
नारद उवाच
The verse highlights dharma in the form of truthful assent and responsible speech: once one agrees (“evaṁ bhavatu”), one must faithfully convey the intended message, especially when dealing with kings and matters of duty.
Nārada responds to Pāṇḍu, agreeing that if he goes to the human world (bhūloka), he will speak to Pāṇḍu’s son—the king (understood as Yudhiṣṭhira)—thereby taking on the role of a messenger.
