उपतिष्ठस्व भर्तारिमन्यं वा वरवर्णिनि । इत्येवं यः पुरा वाचो रूक्षाश्नाआरवयद्‌ रुषा

Transliteration

upatiṣṭhasva bhartārim anyaṁ vā varavarṇini | ityevaṁ yaḥ purā vāco rūkṣāś cārvayad ruṣā ||

Translation

毗湿摩波耶那说道：“肤色姣美的女子啊，去侍奉你的丈夫——或者若你愿意，去侍奉别的男子。”往昔他在怒火中便如此粗暴出言，以恶语刺伤了她。
