अथाभवद् युद्धमतीव दारुणं पुन: कुरूणां सह पाण्डुसृञ्जयै: । शरासिशव्त्यृष्टिगदापरश्वधै- नराश्वनागासुहरं भूशाकुलम्
athābhavad yuddham atīva dāruṇaṃ punaḥ kurūṇāṃ saha pāṇḍu-sṛñjayaiḥ | śarāsi-śakty-ṛṣṭi-gadā-paraśvadhair narāśva-nāgāsuharaṃ bhūśākulam ||
三阇耶说道：随后，库鲁与般度族并与斯林阇耶诸军之间，又一次爆发了极其惨烈的战斗。箭矢、刀剑、长枪、投枪、钉头槌与战斧夺取了人、马、象的性命，大地也为之震荡纷乱。
