ततः क्रुद्धो वृषसेनो महात्मा ववर्ष ताविषुजालेन वीर: । महारथावेकरथे समेतौ शरै: प्रभिन्दन्निव पाण्डवेयौ,इससे महामनस्वी वीर वृषसेनको बड़ा क्रोध हुआ। वह एक रथपर एकत्र हुए उन महारथी पाण्डुकुमारोंको बाणोंद्वारा विदीर्ण करता हुआ उन दोनोंपर बाणसमूहोंकी वर्षा करने लगा
tataḥ kruddho vṛṣaseno mahātmā vavarṣa tāv iṣujālena vīraḥ | mahārathāv ekarathe sametau śaraiḥ prabhindann iva pāṇḍaveyau ||
