ततोडअर्जुनो हयान् हत्वा सर्वास्तस्य महात्मन: । चकार समरे भूमिं शोणितौघतरज्ञषिणीम्
tato 'rjuno hayān hatvā sarvāṁs tasya mahātmanaḥ | cakāra samare bhūmiṁ śoṇitaughatararṣiṇīm ||
三阇耶说道：随后，阿周那杀尽那位大勇士的所有战马，使战场之地化作被血潮冲刷的广阔原野。叙述凸显战争沉重而阴冷的伦理分量：纵然以职责之名而战，其眼前之果仍是毁灭，而武勇竟以可怖且不可逆的代价来衡量。
