Adhyāya 41 — Kṛṣṇa’s Battlefield Briefing and the Renewal of the Great Engagement
कि त्वं मूर्ख: प्रसभं मूढचेता ममावोच: पौरुष॑ फाल्गुनस्य । “मैं इस युद्धस्थलमें क्षत्रियोंके समाजमें बड़े हर्ष और उल्लासके साथ पाए्दुपुत्र अर्जुनके उत्साहका वर्णन कर सकता हूँ। तुम्हारे मनमें तो मूढ़ता भरी हुई है। तुम मूर्ख हो। फिर तुमने मुझसे अर्जुनके पुरुषार्थका हठपूर्वक वर्णन क्यों किया है?
ki tvaṁ mūrkhaḥ prasabhaṁ mūḍhacetā mamāvocaḥ pauruṣaṁ phālgunasya |
三阇耶说道：“你既愚昧，心又迷乱，为何还要强逼我讲述阿周那的英勇？在这战场之上、刹帝利的集会之中，我本可怀着极大的欢欣与激昂，描绘般度之子阿周那的热忱与英雄之力；然而你的心充满愚痴——你为何仍固执地向我索要阿周那男子气概的叙述？”
