Adhyāya 41 — Kṛṣṇa’s Battlefield Briefing and the Renewal of the Great Engagement
तस्यास्त्रमस्त्रै: प्रतिहत्य संख्ये बाणोत्तमै: पातयिष्यामि पार्थम् | “अत्यन्त मानी पाण्डुपुत्र अर्जुन युद्धकी इच्छासे महान दिव्यास्त्रोंद्वारा मेरे सामने आयेंगे। उस समय मैं अपने अस्त्रोंद्वारा उनके अस्त्रका निवारण करके युद्धस्थलमें उत्तम बाणोंसे कुन्तीकुमार अर्जुनको मार गिराऊँगा
tasyāstram astraiḥ pratihatya saṅkhye bāṇottamaiḥ pātayiṣyāmi pārtham |
三阇耶说道：“在鏖战之中，我将以我之兵器破却他的兵器；继而以我最精良的箭矢，射倒帕尔塔（阿周那）。”
