इस प्रकार श्रीमह्ाभारत द्रोणपर्वके अन्तर्गत संशप्तकवधपर्वमें संकुलयुद्धाविषयक बीसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
sañjaya uvāca | saṃchidyamāneṣu kārmukeṣu punaḥ punaḥ | pāñcālyaḥ paramāstrajñaḥ śoṇāśvaṃ samayodhayat ||
三阇耶说道：一次又一次，纵使他的弓屡屡被斩断成碎片，那位般遮罗勇士——精通兵器之学的至上行家——仍不断与“赤马者”商那湿婆（即德罗那阿阇梨）鏖战不退。此景凸显在战争残酷机括之中不屈的坚忍：技艺与毅力所受的考验，不仅来自敌人的强势，更来自自身兵器反复被毁而仍拒绝退让的决心。
