भीष्मस्य मध्याह्नयुद्धवर्णनम् / Mid-day Battle Description: Bhīṣma Engaged by the Pāñcālas
बद्धचूडामणिवरै: शिरोभिश्व सकुण्डलै: । पातितैर््नषभाक्षाणां बभौ भारत मेदिनी
baddhacūḍāmaṇivaraiḥ śirobhiś ca sakuṇḍalaiḥ | pātitair nṛṣabhākṣāṇāṃ babhau bhārata medinī ||
桑阇耶说道：“噢，婆罗多啊，那战场之地闪耀着一种诡异而可怖的光彩——散落着强大战士的首级，仍系着华美的顶珠冠饰，耳坠犹在；又有‘牛目’英雄的躯体被抛倒其间。”
