The verse teaches that constant praise and worship of the Supreme Lord (Hari/Puruṣottama) is upheld even by the greatest spiritual exemplars like Sanatkumāra; devotion is presented as a perennial dharmic practice aligned with true knowledge of yoga.
Bhishma is describing how eminent sages headed by Sanatkumāra continually extol and worship Hari, reinforcing the Lord’s supremacy and the authority of devotional practice within the discourse.
