शेषा येडन्ये5भवंस्तत्र ते भीमस्य भयार्दिता: । विप्रद्रुता दिशो राजन् वध्यमाना महात्मना
śeṣā ye 'nye 'bhavaṃs tatra te bhīmasya bhayārditāḥ | vipradrutā diśo rājan vadhyamānā mahātmanā ||
三阇耶说道:“当时仍留在那里的其余诸人,皆为毗摩之威所惊惧。大王啊,他们被迫奔逃,向四方散去,纵然那位大心之勇士仍在斩杀他们。”
संजय उवाच
The verse highlights a battlefield ethic: courage and steadfastness are praised, while panic and disorder lead to ruin. It also underscores how overwhelming prowess can break morale, showing that inner fear can be as decisive as weapons.
Sañjaya reports to King Dhṛtarāṣṭra that the remaining warriors on the opposing side, terrified by Bhīma’s power, flee in all directions while being struck down by the great warrior.
