हयानां ह्ेषमाणानामनीकेषु सहस्रश: । सर्वानिभ्यभवच्छब्दान् भीमस्य नदत: स्वन:,उन सेनाओंमें हजारों घोड़े जोर-जोरसे हिनहिना रहे थे; परंतु गर्जना करते हुए भीमसेनका शब्द उन सब शब्दोंको दबाकर ऊपर उठ गया था
hayānāṁ hreṣamāṇānām anīkeṣu sahasraśaḥ | sarvān abhyabhavac chabdān bhīmasya nadataḥ svanaḥ ||
三阇耶说道：在诸战阵之中，成千上万的战马高声嘶鸣；然而毗摩塞那雷霆般的咆哮一发，便凌驾其上，压倒一切声响。此颂强调：在战争的混乱里，一名战士无畏的决意足以统摄全场——昭示士气、震慑，以及力量在战场上被释放时所携带的伦理重负。
