भीष्मस्य धनुषश्छेदं नामृष्यन्त महारथा:

sañjaya uvāca | bhīṣmasya dhanuṣaś chedaṃ nāmṛṣyanta mahārathāḥ, atāḍayan raṇe bhīṣmaṃ sahitāḥ sarvasṛñjayāḥ | abhipetur bhuśaṃ kruddhāś chādayantaś ca pāṇḍavam ||

三阇耶说道:诸位大车战士无法忍受毗湿摩之弓被斩断,便与众斯林阇耶勇士结队,在战场上围攻毗湿摩。继而他们怒火炽盛,猛然冲向戴冠的阿周那,炫示武艺,以箭雨连发,从四面八方欲将这位般度之子淹没。
