Shloka 107

तस्मात्‌ प्राणान्‌ धारयिष्ये मुमूर्षुरुदगायने । यश्न दत्तो वरो महां पित्रा तेन महात्मना

tasmāt prāṇān dhārayiṣye mumūrṣur udagāyane | yasya datto varo mahān pitrā tena mahātmanā ||

因此,纵然渴望离去,我也将持守此命,直至太阳转入北行(uttarāyaṇa)。愿我那伟大的父亲赐予我的宏大恩赐得以圆满——使我唯在自择之时方得赴死。直到舍命的既定时刻到来之前,我必定将这些生命之息牢牢 удерж于身内。
