त्वरित: पाण्डवो राजन् मध्यम: श्वेतवाहन: । निजघ्ने तावकं सैन्यं मोहयित्वा पितामहम्,राजन्! इसी बीचमें मध्यम पाण्डव श्वेतवाहन अर्जुन तुरंत ही पितामह भीष्मको मूर्च्छित करके आपकी सेनाका संहार करने लगे
tvaritaḥ pāṇḍavo rājan madhyamaḥ śvetavāhanaḥ | nijaghne tāvakaṃ sainyaṃ mohayitvā pitāmaham ||
三阇耶说道：大王啊，中间的般度子——白马之阿周那——迅疾使祖父毗湿摩陷入迷乱，继而开始击溃你的军阵。战争的道德风暴之中，纵然最可敬的长者也会在一瞬间被压倒；而战士之责仍驱使战斗向前推进，尽管亲缘与敬重沉重如山。
