भीष्मो व: समरे सर्वान्‌ पालयिष्यति धर्मवित्‌ | ते भयं सुमहत्‌ त्यक्त्वा पाण्डवान्‌ प्रति युध्यत

Transliteration

bhīṣmo vaḥ samare sarvān pālayiṣyati dharmavit | te bhayaṃ sumahat tyaktvā pāṇḍavān prati yudhyata |

Translation

三阇耶说道：“毗湿摩，通晓达摩者，将在战斗中护佑你们众人。因此，抛却巨大的恐惧，与般度族交战吧。”此言以信赖正义的守护者为根基，将勇气立为职责，催促俱卢军不致惊惶，履行其所选择的武士之义。
