तस्मिन्नयुतशो राजन भूयशश्व परंतप: । भीष्म: शान्तनवो योधाञ्जघान परमास्त्रवित्
tasminn ayutaśo rājan bhūyaś ca parantapaḥ | bhīṣmaḥ śāntanavo yodhān jaghāna paramāstravit ||
三阇耶说道：“大王，在那场战斗中，毗湿摩——善檀奴之子，令仇敌受苦者，通晓天界神兵之至上者——一次又一次地斩杀战士，至以万计、以十万计。此颂既彰显毗湿摩武艺之威势无匹，也隐约点出：在法（dharma）崩裂的战争里，大规模杀戮所背负的阴沉道德重担。”
