निध्नन्तं समरे शत्रून् योधयानं च सायकै: । तब उस महासमरमें महारथी भीमसेनको, जो समरभूमिमें सायकोंद्वारा शत्रुओंका संहार करते हुए उनके साथ युद्ध कर रहे थे, देखकर रथके द्वारा अर्जुन भी वहीं आ पहुँचे
nidhnāntaṁ samare śatrūn yodhayānaṁ ca sāyakaiḥ |
三阇耶说道:他看见大车战士毗摩塞那在那浩大战阵中,于近战之际屠戮敌军,并以连绵箭雨与之交锋;阿周那也乘其战车赶到那里,来到同一处战场。
संजय उवाच
The passage highlights kṣatriya-dharma in practice: steadfastness in battle, protection of one’s side, and timely support among allies—especially the ethical ideal of standing with one’s kin and comrades when the conflict intensifies.
Sañjaya reports that Bhīma is actively cutting down enemies with arrows in the thick of combat. Observing Bhīma’s fierce engagement in the great battle, Arjuna drives his chariot to the same location, implying reinforcement and coordinated action.
