Vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca: dharmān saṃsthāpayāmāsur yuddhānāṃ bharatarṣabha.
毗舍婆耶那说道：噢，婆罗多族中的雄牛啊！其后，俱卢族、般度族与娑摩迦诸军相会，共同制定战阵之规——确立合乎法（dharma）的战争准则与界限，使将临之战受法所摄，而非任由怒火或权宜之计驱使。
