Marutta’s Sacrifice and Agni’s Embassy (मरुत्त-यज्ञे दूतत्वम्)
इन्द्र वाच सर्वान् कामाननुयातो<सि वित्र यस्त्वं देवानां मन्त्रवित्सुपुरोधा: । उभौ च ते जरामृत्यू व्यतीतौ कि संवर्तस्तव कर्ताद्य विप्र
indra uvāca—sarvān kāmān anuyāto ’si, vipra; yas tvaṃ devānāṃ mantravit supurodhāḥ | ubhau ca te jarāmṛtyū vyatītau; kiṃ saṃvartas tava kartādya, vipra ||
因陀罗（Indra）说道：“婆罗门啊，你已得一切所愿之乐，因为你是诸天通晓圣咒的祭司。你甚至超越了衰老与死亡。如此，萨姆瓦尔塔（Saṁvarta）如今还能对你做什么呢，婆罗门？”
