Marutta’s Sacrifice and Agni’s Embassy (मरुत्त-यज्ञे दूतत्वम्)
उवाचेदं मानुषा ये च दिव्या: प्रजापतेयें च लोका महान्त: । तांश्लेल्लभेयं संविदं तेन कृत्वा तथापि नेच्छेयमिति प्रतीत:
uvācedaṃ mānuṣā ye ca divyāḥ prajāpateyeṃ ca lokā mahāntaḥ | tāñ ślellabheyaṃ saṃvidaṃ tena kṛtvā tathāpi neccheyam iti pratītaḥ ||
毗耶娑说道：“即便那伟大的诸界——人界、天界，以及属于生主（Prajāpati）的广大世界——唯有与因陀罗订立盟约方可获得，我也决不选布里哈斯帕提为我祭祀的主祭。这是我既定而不动摇的决心。”
