Book 14, Chapter 89
अब्रवीद् भरतश्रेष्ठ॑ धर्मराजं युधिष्ठिरम् । राजन! सत्यवतीनन्दन व्यासने उस भूमिदानको ग्रहण करके भरतश्रेष्ठ धर्मराज युधिष्ठिससे कहा--
abravīd bharataśreṣṭhaṃ dharmarājaṃ yudhiṣṭhiram | rājan satyavatīnandana vyāsane sa bhūmidānaṃ grahītvā bharataśreṣṭha dharmarājaṃ yudhiṣṭhiram uvāca ||
毗湿摩波耶那说：毗耶娑——萨蒂娅瓦蒂之子——接受了这份土地的赠与后，便对犹提施提罗王、婆罗多族之最杰者与达摩的护持者开口说道。此景构成一场道德意味深重的交接：正义之王奉献，尊贵圣仙受纳，而教诲即将随之而来，使王者的慷慨立于伦理秩序之上，而非徒然的炫示。
