Educational Q&A

Proper honoring of worthy persons is not mere ceremony; it sustains dharma by reaffirming social bonds, humility, and rightful status. The heroes’ radiance symbolizes the moral and communal strength that arises when respect is exchanged in accordance with righteousness.

The narrator describes the heroes (understood as the Pāṇḍavas) being honored and, as a result, appearing radiant and equally distinguished. The line functions as a brief narrative flourish highlighting their restored prestige and the harmonious reception they receive.
