Transliteration

kṛtvā śāntiṃ yathānyāyaṃ sarvaśaḥ paryavārayan | kṛtvā tu madhye rājānam amātyāṃś ca yathāvidhi ||

Translation

毗湿摩波耶那说：他们依正法如仪行毕息灾之礼，随即从四面合围。又按规制将国王与诸大臣置于中央，结成护卫之环。
