Kṛṣṇasya Dvārakā-praveśaḥ — Krishna’s Return to Dvārakā and the Raivataka Festival

ity uktas tām uttaṅkas tu bhartur vākyam athābravīt | śrutvā ca sā tadā prādāt tatas te maṇikuṇḍale ||

Educational Q&A

Faithful transmission of a rightful message and prompt compliance with dharmic duty are upheld: Uttanka repeats the husband’s words without distortion, and the queen responds immediately by giving the requested jeweled earrings.

Uttanka, having been instructed, goes to the queen and conveys her husband’s statement exactly. On hearing it, she promptly gives Uttanka the pair of jeweled earrings.
