Uttanka’s Guru-Śuśrūṣā and the Commission to Retrieve the Maṇikuṇḍalas
tadā marau bhaviṣyanti jalapūrṇāḥ payodharāḥ | rasavac ca pradāsyanti toyaṃ te bhṛgunandana ||
The verse conveys a dharmic assurance that right order and merit can transform scarcity into abundance: even a desert can receive nourishing rain when conditions—ethical and cosmic—are aligned.
Uttaṅka addresses a Bhṛgu-descendant, offering a prophetic blessing or assurance: rain-clouds will become water-laden even over a desert and will pour out sweet, sustaining water for him.
