श्रीभगवानुवाच कृतो यत्नो मया पूर्व सौशाम्ये कौरवान् प्रति । नाशक्यन्त यदा साम्ये ते स्थापयितुमज्जसा
śrībhagavān uvāca kṛto yatno mayā pūrvaṃ sauśāmye kauravān prati | nāśakyanta yadā sāmye te sthāpayitum ajjasā ||
世尊说道：“从前我曾竭力使俱卢诸子归于和解与安宁。然而当他们不能轻易而牢固地安置于同心之中时，和谐之道便无法立足。”
