Transliteration

brahmovāca — saṃnyāsaṃ tapa ity āhur vṛddhā niścitavādinaḥ | brāhmaṇā brahmayonisthā jñānaṃ brahma paraṃ viduḥ ||

Translation

梵天（Brahmā）说道：“诸位大圣仙啊！那些年高而立论坚定的贤者宣称：出离（saṃnyāsa）本身即是真正的苦行。安住于梵（Brahman）之源的婆罗门明了：知识（jñāna）即是至上梵。”
