जितशिक्षोदरो मैत्र: शिष्टाचारसमन्वित: । वैणवीं धारयेद्‌ यष्टिं सोदक॑ च कमण्डलुम्‌

Transliteration

jitāśikṣodaro maitraḥ śiṣṭācārasamanvitaḥ | vaiṇavīṁ dhārayed yaṣṭiṁ sodakaṁ ca kamaṇḍalum ||

Translation

风神伐由说道：“当为能制伏舌与腹之欲者，待众皆以友善，并具备有教养者之行仪。应携竹杖，并持盛满清水的行者水罐（kamaṇḍalu），以自律而端范之礼而行。”
