Brahmā’s Instruction on Elements and Faculties

अविशेषाणि चान्यानि कर्मयुक्तानि यानि तु । उभयत्र मनो ज्ञेयं बुद्धिस्तु द्वादशी भवेत्‌

aviśeṣāṇi cānyāni karmayuktāni yāni tu | ubhayatra mano jñeyaṃ buddhis tu dvādaśī bhavet ||

风神伐由天解释道:“在诸机能之中,尚有其他与行动相系者,其本性并无根本差别。应知心在两域中运作——认知与行动——联结认知诸根与行动诸根;而觉知之智(buddhi)则数为第十二。”
