प्रवक्ष्येडहं महाप्राज्ञ पदमुत्तममद्य ते । बुद्ध्वा यदिह संसिद्धा भवन्तीह मनीषिण:
pravakṣye ’dahaṁ mahāprājña padam uttamam adya te | buddhvā yad iha saṁsiddhā bhavantīha manīṣiṇaḥ ||
伐由说道：“大智者啊，今日我将为汝宣告那至上之境（亦即最高真理）。于此生此世得其了悟，智者便能于此处成就——凭明净之知，而非徒恃仪式或空谈推测。”
