वायुदेव उवाच सर्व जिद्ठां मृत्युपदमार्जवं ब्रह्मण: पदम् । एतावान् ज्ञानविषय: कि प्रलाप: करिष्यति
vāyudeva uvāca—sarvaṁ jihvāṁ mṛtyu-padam ārjavaṁ brahmaṇaḥ padam | etāvān jñāna-viṣayaḥ; kiṁ pralāpaḥ kariṣyati ||
风神（Vāyudeva）说：“当明白：一切曲诈皆趋于死地；唯有坦直，乃通达梵（Brahman）之道。此即真知之所系。凡与此相违之言，不过妄语喋喋——又能益于何人？”
