कुन्ती–व्याससंवादः
Kuntī–Vyāsa Dialogue on Durvāsā’s Boon and Karṇa’s Birth
ते चापि राजवचनात् पुरुषा ये गताभवन् | संकल्प्य तेषां कुल्यानि पुन: प्रत्यागमंस्ततः
te cāpi rājavacanāt puruṣā ye gatābhavan | saṅkalpya teṣāṃ kulyāni punaḥ pratyāgamaṃs tataḥ ||
毗湿摩波耶那说：那些奉王命前往的人，也收聚亡者的骨殖遗余，遂自彼处返还。依正当仪轨，他们以种种花鬘与檀香恭敬供奉；礼毕，便将遗骨投入恒河。其后回到象城哈斯提那补罗，将一切始末尽数禀告国王。此段彰显生者之伦理义务：纵经大劫之后，亦当以敬心完成丧葬之责，使亡者得其尊荣，并以达摩之行恢复社会秩序。
