अश्रमवासिनां विषादः — Lament in Hastināpura after the Elders’ Forest Withdrawal

श्वशुराय तत: कुन्ती प्रणम्य शिरसा तदा,तब कुन्तीने मस्तक झुकाकर श्वशुरको प्रणाम किया और लज्जित हो प्राचीन गुप्त रहस्यको प्रकट करते हुए कहा

śvaśurāya tataḥ kuntī praṇamya śirasā tadā

毗舍波耶那说道:于是昆蒂俯首向其公公致敬。她以含蓄的矜持,揭开一桩久远而长久秘藏的旧事——在此刻,为了达摩,谦卑与实言被置于个人羞惭之上。
