इति श्रीमहाभारते आश्रमवासिके पर्वणि आश्रमवासपर्वणि व्यासवाक्ये अष्टाविंशोडध्याय:

Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate āśramavāsike parvaṇi āśramavāsaparvaṇi vyāsavākye aṣṭāviṃśo 'dhyāyaḥ

Translation

如是，在《圣摩诃婆罗多》的《阿湿罗摩住林篇》（Āśramavāsika Parva）之中——尤指叙述林中精舍生活的部分——以毗耶娑之言为体的第二十八章告终。此结尾题记标明一章圆满，并将叙事安置于出离、克制，以及由王者之生转入苦行戒律的伦理框架之内。
