वैशम्पायन उवाच
A ruler should honor truthful spiritual counsel: receiving a sage’s instruction with joy, praising it, and responding with reverence and gratitude is presented as an ethical ideal.
After hearing Nārada’s message, Dhṛtarāṣṭra—along with Gāndhārī—becomes pleased, commends Nārada’s speech, and offers him exceptional hospitality and worship.
