Transliteration

bahuṣv api nimitteṣu puṇyam āśritya dīyate | etad ū vistaraśo rājan śrotum icchāmi tattvataḥ |

Translation

由提施提罗说道：“在许多因缘与场合之中，人们以求功德（puṇya）为旨而施与这些物品。大王啊，我愿详尽聆听此事，求其真实，得其本相。”
