एवं रामाय कौरव्य वसिष्ठोडकथयत्‌ पुरा | तस्मात्‌ सुवर्णदानाय प्रयतस्व नराधिप

Transliteration

evaṁ rāmāya kauravya vasiṣṭho ’kathayat purā | tasmāt suvarṇa-dānāya prayatasva narādhipa kuru-nandana nareśvara ||

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“噢，俱卢后裔啊，往昔之时，圣者婆悉吒曾将这一切缘起——黄金的起源与其伟大功德——尽数讲述给罗摩（帕罗修罗摩）。因此，噢大王，噢俱卢之喜悦者，当竭诚努力，以黄金行布施。”
