Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
जलेचर: क्लान्तमनास्तेजसाग्ने: प्रदीपित: । उवाच देवान् मण्डूको रसातलतलोत्थित:
jale-caraḥ klānta-manās tejasā agneḥ pradīpitaḥ | uvāca devān maṇḍūko rasātala-talotthitaḥ ||
毗湿摩说道：一只水栖之蛙，被阿耆尼炽烈的热威所灼，心神疲惫，自罗娑多罗深处升起，向诸天神陈言。（在前后叙事中，诸神既渴望又畏惧得见阿耆尼；而这受苦的生灵竟成了出人意料的发声者。）
