Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa

Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results

स्कन्नमात्रं च तच्छुक्रे ख्रुवेण परिगृह्म सः । आज्यवन्मन्त्रतश्नापि सोडजुहोद्‌ भूगुनन्दन

skannamātraṃ ca tacchukre khruveṇa parigṛhya saḥ | ājyavanmantrataś cāpi so 'dya juhod bhṛgunandana ||

瓦西什塔说道:“精液一落下,他便立刻用祭勺(khruva)迅速收起。随后,噢,婆利古族的荣光,他亲自诵念真言,将其如同酥油(ghṛta)一般投入火中作供。由此可见,即便遭逢骤然失误,他仍以仪轨之戒律与自制行事,把一次失足转化为受规范的奉献,而不任其成为紊乱之因。”
