तस्मात्‌ प्रसाद भगवन्‌ कर्तुमहसि नः प्रभो । न देव्यां सम्भवेत्‌ पुत्रो भवत: सुरसत्तम । धैयदिव निगृह्लीष्व तेजो ज्वलितमुत्तमम्‌

Transliteration

tasmāt prasāda bhagavan kartum arhasi naḥ prabho | na devyāṁ sambhavet putro bhavataḥ surasattama | dhairyād iva nigṛhṇīṣva tejo jvalitam uttamam ||

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“因此，噢有福的主宰，请垂怜于我等，噢大主。噢诸神之最上者，愿女神不为你诞下任何儿子。请以坚定的自制，将那至上而炽烈的能量收摄于自身之内。”
