यज्ञशूरा दमे शूरा: सत्यशूरास्तथापरे । युद्धशूरास्तथैवोक्ता दानशूराश्ष मानवा:
bhīṣma uvāca | yajñaśūrā dame śūrāḥ satyaśūrās tathāpare | yuddhaśūrās tathaivoktā dānaśūrāś ca mānavāḥ | (buddhiśūrās tathā cānye kṣamāśūrās tathā pare) |
毗湿摩说道：“在人间，有人是祭祀（yajña）之英雄；有人因勇于调伏诸根而被称为自制之英雄。同样，也有人被称为真实之英雄、战斗之英雄、布施之英雄；还有人是智慧之英雄、忍耐之英雄。”
