दानफलप्रकरणम् — उपानहदानं, तिलदानं, भूमिदानं, गोदानं, अन्नदानं च
Gifts and Their Stated Results: Footwear, Sesame, Land, Cows, and Food
जिनका राजा धर्मको न जाननेवाला और नास्तिक होता है, वे लोग न तो सुखसे सोते हैं और न सुखसे जागते ही हैं; अपितु उस राजाके दुराचारसे सदैव उद्विग्न रहते है। ऐसे राजाके राज्यमें बहुधा योगक्षेम नहीं प्राप्त होते ।।
atha yeṣāṃ punaḥ prājño rājā bhavati dhārmikaḥ | sukhaṃ te pratibudhyante susukhaṃ prasvapanti ca ||
毗湿摩说道：“因此，若其王不知达摩，又否认正信，则民既不能安睡，亦不能安醒；反因王之恶行而常怀惶惧。在此等君王之国，‘瑜伽克舍摩’——安稳与福祉——多不得成。然若其王明智而奉行达摩，则民安睡而安醒。”
