Transliteration

apīḍitāḥ susaṃvṛddhā ye dadaty anukūlataḥ | tādṛśenāpy upāyena yaṣṭavyaṃ nodyamāhataiḥ ||

Translation

毗湿摩说：那些富足兴盛、能在不使任何人受苦的情况下自愿施财的人，应当以他们所施之财，或以同样温和正当的方式所得之财来举行祭祀。不可用以苛酷手段、损害百姓而征得的财物来行祭。
