vidyāvedavratasnātān avyapāśrayajīvinaḥ

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“（当敬奉并资助）那些受训于学问与吠陀、已圆满诸誓与梵行学徒之戒律、并且不依赖他人而自立生活的人。”
