Bhūmi-dānasya Māhātmya
The Pre-eminence of Land-Gift
अथवा मित्रसदन मैत्र॑ मित्रविवर्धनम् । कीर्तिसंजनन श्रेष्ठ तडागानां निवेशनम्
athavā mitra-sadanaṁ maitraṁ mitra-vivardhanam | kīrti-sañjananaṁ śreṣṭhaṁ taḍāgānāṁ niveśanam ||
毗湿摩说道：“又或者，营造池塘与蓄水之所，犹如为友人立一居舍：此乃施惠，能滋养友谊，增广朋党，并且是生起并传播善名的最上方便之一。”
