Cavana’s Tests of Kuśika and the Queen (अध्याय ५३: च्यवन–कुशिक-परिक्षा)
महातेजस्वी नरेश! इस तरह उन्हें पानीमें रहते बहुत दिन बीत गये। तदनन्तर एक समय मछलियोंसे जीविका चलानेवाले बहुत-से मल्लाह मछली पकड़नेका निश्चय करके जाल हाथमें लिये हुए उस स्थानपर आये ।।
vyāyātā balinaḥ śūrāḥ salileṣv anivartinaḥ | abhyāyayuś ca taṃ deśaṃ niścitā jālakarmaṇi ||
毗湿摩说道：“噢，强大的君王！他们在水中栖身多日之后，有一时，许多以捕鱼为生的渔夫来到同一处地方，手持渔网，决意下网。他们勤苦用力，强健勇敢，从不畏惧入水；怀着对撒网之事毫不动摇的意志，他们逼近那片水域。”
