शप्स्यत्यसंशयं कोपाद्‌ दिव्यज्ञानो महातपा: । “मैं गुरुपत्नीकी रक्षा करनेके लिये अपने सम्पूर्ण अंगोंसे इसके सम्पूर्ण अंगोंमें समा जाऊँगा। यदि आज मेरे गुरुजी अपनी इस पत्नीको किसी पर-पुरुषद्वारा दूषित हुई देख लेंगे तो कुपित होकर मुझे निस्संदेह शाप दे देंगे; क्योंकि वे महा तपस्वी गुरु दिव्यज्ञानसे सम्पन्न हैं

Transliteration

śapsyaty asaṁśayaṁ kopād divyajñāno mahātapāḥ |

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“毫无疑问，那位具足天启智的伟大苦行者一旦震怒，必将诅咒我。因为我已决意护卫师母，将我全身全灵融入她的全身，使任何别的男子都不能玷污她。若今日我所敬奉的师尊见到自己的妻子被他人污辱，他的怒火必定会降临在我身上。”
