स तुतोष च ब्रद्यार्षिस्तस्या वृत्तेन भारत । छन्‍्दयामास चैवैनां वरेण वरवर्णिनीम्‌

Transliteration

sa tutoṣa ca brāhmarṣis tasyā vṛttena bhārata | chandayāmāsa caivaināṁ vareṇa varavarṇinīm ||

Translation

毗湿摩说道：噢，婆罗多啊，那位梵仙（brahmarṣi）因她的品行而大为欢喜。心怀欣悦，他表示愿将随她所愿的恩赐赐予那位绝世佳人——这正显明：德行自会招来正直之人的善意与施惠。
