ऊर्जावतीं महापुण्यां मधुमतीं त्रिवर्त्मगाम्‌ । त्रिलोकगोफ्तीं ये गड्डां संश्रितास्‍्ते दिवं गता:

Transliteration

Ūrjāvatīṁ mahāpuṇyāṁ madhumatīṁ trivartmagām | Trilokagoptīṁ ye Gaṅgāṁ saṁśritās te divaṁ gatāḥ ||

Translation

悉达者说道：“恒河充满灵威，功德至大，水味甘美。她循三途而行——地界、天界与下界——因此护持三界。凡归依恒河者，皆得升天。”
